Why this still feels harder than it “should”
Many therapists quietly carry a sense of “I should be better at this by now.” You’re not alone if you:
- Still feel like an imposter even after licensure, advanced training, and years of experience.
- Second-guess your clinical decisions, especially with complex trauma, veterans, moral injury, and chronic risk.
- Feel more isolated over time, as formal supervision ends and you’re expected to “just know what to do” with very high-need clients.
- Juggle growing caseloads and productivity demands while the clinical presentations get more layered—medical issues, psychiatric comorbidity, systems conflicts, family stress.
- Worry that you’re just surviving your week, rather than building a sustainable, meaningful career you can stay in long term.
You don’t feel this way because you’re a bad therapist. You feel this way because you need better support, not more pressure.

Clinician coaching is for you if:
This work is designed for licensed (or nearly licensed) therapists who want both clinical depth and practical guidance. It’s a good fit if you:
You feel more alone in your work now that supervision has ended, even as your caseload has gotten more complex.
You Second-guess yourself with trauma, veterans, or morally complex cases, and worry you’re “missing something” your clients need.
**You Aren’t sure what’s next for your career—** whether to stay where you are, move toward private practice, or specialize—and want a clear, thoughtful way to decide.
Your Journey Starts Here.
Clinician Coaching for the Science and Art of Practice
As a DSW, LCSW, BCD with an Ed.M in Adult & Continuing Education and an MS in Digital Marketing, and with leadership roles inside and outside the military, I help therapists bring more structure, confidence, and intention to their work.
In our 1:1 work, the tone is coaching-forward: you set the focus, and we slow down to clarify what you want, what’s getting in the way, and what a realistic next step looks like. From there, I shift as needed into more of a consulting role—offering frameworks, options, and feedback drawn from supervision, consultation, and leadership experience—so you’re not left reinventing the wheel alone.
The structure is informed by ICF-style coaching, with the added benefit of targeted clinical consulting when it’s helpful.
How I help you:
A clinical thinking framework
for complex cases, so you feel less scattered and more grounded when you are sitting in the room with your hardest clients.
A personal practice playbook
that clarifies your role, boundaries, fees, schedule, and next steps, so your work life fits the clinician you actually are.
Case-to-career translation
where we use the themes in your caseload to identify the kind of work you are built for and the kind of work you may need to say no to.
Decision support
around staying in your current setting, shifting roles, or moving toward private practice—without blowing up your life overnight.

Ways to Work with Me
1:1 Therapist & Clinical Consulting
Most therapists start with 1:1 sessions. You bring your agenda—de-identified cases, career questions, practice decisions—and we use a mix of coaching and consulting to move you forward in a 60-minute telehealth session.
Small Group Labs (Coming Soon)
For therapists who want community and structure, I’m developing small group “Practice Labs” focused on themes like complex trauma, veterans, boundaries, and burnout, using shared frameworks and playbooks.
* If you’re interested in future groups, mention it on your consult or when you download one of the free tools above.
What Happens Next
1. Book a 20-minute consult
We’ll clarify what you need most right now and whether 1:1, group (when available), or both make the most sense.
2. Choose your starting point
We’ll agree on a starting focus—case support, career direction, or practice changes—and a rhythm for sessions.
3. Meet regularly and adjust as you grow
We’ll use coaching, consulting, and practical tools to support your work, revisiting goals every few sessions so the work stays relevant.
