Therapy (Veterans)

Therapy is provided virtually and offered in accordance with state licensure.

Coaching (Veterans & Professionals)

  • Individual coaching session: $125
  • 4-Session Pack: $450 (Save $50)
  • 8-Session Pack: $850 (Save $150)
  • Veteran Coaching Group: $45

Emdr certification consultation
(individual)

$175 / hour

Individual consultation for clinicians working toward EMDR Certification. Focused on protocol fidelity, case conceptualization, pacing, and readiness.


Consultant-in-training CIT Consultation (Individual)

$200 / hour

Advanced consultation for EMDR Consultants-in-Training. Emphasis on developing consultant identity, clinical judgment, and consultation skills.


Small group emdr consultation

$75 / person/ hour

Group consultation for clinicians seeking certification or advanced development in a collaborative setting. Groups typically include 4–6 clinicians.

10 Hour EMDR Certification package

$1,600

A structured consultation package supporting EMDR Certification requirements, documentation, and skill development.

10 hour Cit development package

Designed for Consultants-in-Training seeking depth, consistency, and support in developing their consultation role.

Program Note
Discounted EMDR consultation ($30–$40/hr) is available only for clinicians enrolled through the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP). These rates apply exclusively to HAP-sponsored consultation.

Therapy FAQs (Veterans)

No. Therapy services are offered on a private-pay basis. This allows sessions to remain flexible, individualized, and focused on your goals rather than insurance requirements.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for therapy sessions.

EMDR does not require repeatedly retelling or reliving traumatic events. The work is structured, paced, and focused on helping your nervous system process what’s been stuck.

No. Therapy is provided virtually and is available to clients located in states where licensure is held.

Coaching FAQs

Coaching focuses on goals, structure, accountability, and forward movement. It is not therapy and does not address mental health diagnoses or provide clinical treatment.

Coaching is a good fit for Veterans seeking direction, structure, or transition support, and for professionals wanting clarity and momentum.
